What is Simple Truths Store?

This is my new and hopeful enterprise.
Since my last post lots of things happened with me.
I made lots of raw cakes and these cakes have been very successful.
All of my friends love them.


So I've decided I'm going to sell them in the Farmer's Market.

There is a very dear song to me from a hungarian band. 
The title of the song is "If I were your love".
And there is a line in the lyrics:
If I were your love, we would have the Simple Truths Store, and you would be the seller in that.
This song gave me the idea to name my new business.

So at now we have the Simple Truths Store :)

My favorite raw cake

My first raw cake

My favorite raw cake is a lemon cake.
This easy to prepare, and its taste is more then fantastic.

It was my first raw cake. I chose this cake, because it does not need any special equipment. (The raw kitchen often uses some special equipment, like food dehydrator) When I make my first cake, I didn't have food dehydrator. Whene I found this recipe I was so happy, because I had chance to try to make a raw cake. I only needed to use my blender. So I did it! I spent less then one hour to prepar.
I was surprised how easy and fast to make it.

And the end result was amazing! Since then, it's our favorite. I prepard it for birthday party and other events as well.

The first step was that I got to know the green smoothie and I started to drink them.
Today I can not imagine my days without the greens.
I am very grateful to Victoria Boutenko, who changed my life. I owe her that I got to know the raw food and the green smoothies.

Later, I began to prepare raw foods. I collected several recipes on the internet and bought books. 
I enjoy all of them. They give us everything what we need. They help to be healthy.
And last but not least, they taste divine.

My new hobby is that make raw cakes to my friends and upon request.
My friends suggested me to do business. I feel like it. But first I need a bit of self-confidence.
If this blog is successful, I will definitely start, because that's what I love to do. :)

About me and my new life

I'm from Hungary, I live in London with my love.

We love traveling and eating.

A few months ago I've started a diet because I wanted to lose weight.
I started to learn about the healthy eating, and I found lots of interesting websites with stories and I also found lot of recepies.
I've started to introduce these foods into our life, and I could feel the different.
I have more energy and I feel better, I need for sleep less then before.

I really enjoy to make food, I love cooking, and I've found a very easy way to prepare delicious and healthy foods.
It became my hobby, I make amazing cakes without any wheat, gluten, diary, eggs, sugar, and all other artificial additives, colorings, without.

And all my friends loves them. :)
